On on my first outings, Mr. Chung told me, “Before you even make your first cast, you must choose the prime location if you are to succeed in becoming a better than average angler. First, you must choose a river to fish for the day’s angling. Second, you must be able to locate fish in the river. Third, you must choose where you will cast your line so that it reaches the fish. These three factors are all about location, location, location. If you are wrong in one, you may be limited in the relative success of your angling.”
